The story...

The Cafe Sucre och Slappna website was an opportunity to feature both great food and coffee and a unique design concept cafe at the same time.

Cafe Sucre is a Finland style cafe that specializes in fresh baked waffles and sweets and has a distinct warm and relaxing atmosphere that we really wanted to feature in the online site. After our initial consultation with the cafe's owners we decided to build upon a lightweight CMS and add in features like multiple JQuery showcases to rotate in and out the large photos used in the site's 4 different sections. Additionally, the site has a full featured photo gallery built on SlideShowPro Director that allows for easy updates of any aspect of the photo gallery in real time. The backend publishing tasks are handled by a customized installation of Halogy CMS and site updates via Halogy's front end editor are both fast and easy for anyone to do.

The cafe's popularity in the local community continues to grow and we are looking forward to growing the website to match.
